Returns the in-flight approval request for the given pricing quote, or null if none is active.

Bad Request — the input failed validation.
Unauthorized — the API key is missing or invalid.

Payload Too Large — the body exceeded 10 MB.
Too Many Requests — rate limit exceeded. See the X-RateLimit-* response headers.
Internal Server Error — safe to retry.
