Integrations overview
Dealops sits between your CRM, your communication tools, and your billing system, and keeps all three consistent with the deal as it actually closes.
Available integrations
| Integration | What it does | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Syncs opportunities in; writes negotiated line items, deal fields, and renewal links back | Salesforce |
| HubSpot | Syncs deals in; writes negotiated quote lines, deal properties, and renewal links back | HubSpot |
| Slack | Approvals with one-click actions, deal notifications, and threads that sync back as comments | Slack |
| Stripe | Creates draft Stripe quotes from approved Dealops pricing flows | Billing with Stripe |
| Metronome | Imports the billing catalog; provisions contracts, amendments, and renewals on signature | Billing with Metronome |
| E-signature | Sends order forms for signature and automates the close when signing completes | E-signature |
| Dealops API | Programmatic access for everything else | API reference |
The shape of the loop
CRM opportunity ──► Dealops quote ──► Approvals (Slack / web)
│
CRM writeback ◄── Signed contract ◄─┘
Billing provisioning ◄──┘
Next renewal staged ◄───┘
Deal data flows in from the CRM, the negotiation happens in Dealops with approvals where your team already works, and the close fans out — line items to the CRM, contracts to billing, and the next renewal staged automatically.
The platform event stream
Everything meaningful in Dealops emits a typed event: quote created, approval decided (and where — web or Slack), document exported, signature completed, billing contract provisioned, integration connected. The event stream powers:
- Audit — an immutable history of every deal's lifecycle.
- Notifications — Slack and in-app alerts driven by the same events.
- Analytics — cycle times, approval bottlenecks, discount trends.
Connecting integrations
Integrations are connected by admins from Dealops settings — OAuth installs for Slack, Salesforce or HubSpot, Stripe, and e-signature; an API token for Metronome. Each connection is scoped to your organization, and connection status changes are themselves recorded as events.
For anything not covered by a native integration, the Dealops API provides authenticated programmatic access with API keys you manage in settings.
